Sonic Body Boom - Koabhängiges Tanz-Musik Improvisationssystem English
Performance einer Gruppe von Tänzern mit Live-Musik, in der Bewegung und Klang eine strukturierte Verknüpfung eingehen.
Während des Championleague-Events am 28. Mai 2011 in der Micamoca präsentierten Henrik Kaalund, Kostia Rapoport und sieben Tänzer eine Performance, die auf einem System für Strukturierte Koordination zwischen improvisierter Musik und bildhaften improvisierten Bewegungen basierte. Vorab zugewiesene Sounds kontrollierten bestimmte Bewegungen, was quasi vorhersehbare Strukturen und durch Tänzer geschaffene Bilder hervorrief - eine Art Echtzeit-Choreographie. Die Tänzer lernten das System in ca. zwei Stunden und die Performance vor Publikum fand unmittelbar danach statt und sah so aus:

Dies erweckte den Wunsch, das Konzept weiter zu entwickeln, was nun auch geschehen wird. In der Woche vom 5.-10. September werden verschiedene Aspekte der Idee erkundet. Die Aufführung findet am 11. September um 21.30h statt.
Henrik Kaalund und Kostia Rapoport haben beide mit und an Systemen zur Organisation und Strukturbildung innerhalb von spontanter Impro und freiem Material gearbeitet. Im Micamoca verschmelzten die beiden Welten von Tanz und Musik zunächst im Mai und nun jetzt. Wir sind gespannt auf die Ergebnisse.

ist freier Choreograph und Tänzer. Er tanzte u.a. für Conny Janssen Danst - Rotterdam, Jan Pusch - Hamburg, Felix Landerer - Hannover, Carlos Matos - Hildesheim und Pieter de Ruiter - Amsterdam. Choreographierte für Dortmunder Ballet, Ballett Greifswald, Ballett Hildesheim, CIA Patas Arriba und schuf Arbeiten für viele andere Gelegenheiten. Er gewann mehrere Preise u.a. in Hannover, Leipzig und Burgos für seine Choreographie und seinen Tanz.
Davor hatte er an der John Cranko Schule, Stuttgart und der David Howards School of Dance, New York studiert. War anschließend engagiert u.a. bei das Cleveland Ballet Arizona, das Ballett Basel und das Ballett Dortmund, wo er z.B. mit Rui Horta, Amanda Miller, Mei Hong Lin und Jean Renshaw arbeitete.

Kostia Rapoport, 1984 in Russland geboren, lebt seit 1990 in Deutschland. Klavierunterricht in Klassik und Jazz, später diverse Band- und Studiotätigkeiten. 2003-2009 Studium der Komposition zeitgenössischer Musik an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover. Studienaufenthalte am Central Conservatory of Music in Peking und an der CNSM Paris. Er komponiert digital beeinflusste Musik, arbeitet an Remixen, Film- und Bühnenmusiken, Installationen, Hörspielen, spielt Keyboards und Laptop-Elektronik solo und in Bands und Improvisationsprojekten, lebt in Berlin.

Alicja Hoppel - born in Poland, where she graduated from National Ballet School in Poznan. In 2009, she moved to UK to study at Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds. As part of her studies, she worked with various teachers and choreographers such as Andile Sotiya, Tiia Ourila, Jennifer Lynn-Crawford, Riccardo Meneghini, Gary Clark and others. Took part in Solo&Duo Dance Festival in Budapest and I Bronislava Nijinska Choreography Competition in Warsaw. |

Kaisa Kukkonen is a Berlin-based dancer who graduated from vocational contemporary dance education Movement Research College Outokumpu 2010. She has studied contact improvisation, improvisation and release techniques with many teachers in Seattle, New York, Berlin, Barcelona and Helsinki. She is a creative dance instructor who works and studies mainly with contact improvisation, improvisation performances and music. She organizes a dance festival in Finland. |

Raisa Kröger, received her education in Berlin (balance1) and finished a further education in choreography (Tanzfabrik Berlin). As a dancer she worked for Friederike Plafki, Isabelle Schad, Martin Stiefermann, Ilona Pászthy, Jo Fabian, the wee dance company and presented her own choreographic works in Dortmund, Berlin, Zürich, Düsseldorf and Hamburg. Apart from her work as a dancer, choreographer and teacher she studies 'cultural science' at the FernUniversität Hagen. |

Brandon Shaw is a native of Birmingham, Alabama (USA) who has lived other places whilst fleeing Employment. Examine his neural pathways and fascial trains and you’ll find traces of tai chi chuan, tango Argentino, and Kyokushin karate intertwined with contemporary dance, Contact Improv, Argentine tango, and—if you look really hard—ballet. Brandon has danced and had his choreography performed in the U.S. and Berlin. |

Johanne Timm absolvierte ihre klassische Tanzausbildung an der Hamburger Ballett Schule John Neumeier. Anschließend tanzte sie am Mainfranken-Theater Würzburg, sowie an den Städtischen Bühnen Chemnitz. Seit 2006 lebt sie als freischaffende Tänzerin, Performerin. Brigitte Kießling studierte Theaterwissenschaft und Philosophie in Leipzig, bevor sie in San Francisco ihren Entschluß fasste, sich ganz dem Tanz zu widmen. Dazu kam sie nach Berlin, wo sie seither beheimatet ist. Sie unterrichtet Tanzakrobatik,CI und Improvisation. In Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Artistinnen und Tänzerinnen entstehen sowohl Instant Composition Arbeiten wie auch feste eigenproduzierte Stücke und Shows. |

Karolina Kraczkowska began her work as a contemporary performing artist in Polish Dance Theatre, after which she continued her research at Laban Postgraduate Company Transitions, collaborating with Lost Dog, Allison Brown and Rosemary Butcher and others. Freelanced in London, launching further collaborations with Jasmin Vardimon Company, Fin Walker, Athina Vahla and Yong Ming Cho. Currently collaborating with the Israeli company Or & Oran Dance Company and with the Danish choreographer Kristine Kyhl Andersen. |

Katja Richter studierte Choreographie an der Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch und arbeitet als Stuntfrau und Choreographin. 2006 assistierte sie Ismail Ivo, 2007 Stipendium am Dartington College of Art, wo sie u.a. mit Installationskünstlerin Melanie Thomson und der Contact und Improvisations-Meisterin Kirsten Simpson zusammenarbeiten konnte. Choreografischen Arbeiten im Hebbel am Ufer, Gripstheater, Berliner Festspielhaus und Tacheles. Als Stuntfrau u.a. in Filmen von Tom Tykwer, den Wachowski-Brüdern, Paul Anderson und Wolfgang Becker tätig. Unterrichtet choreografisches Handwerk in internationalen Workshops.. |
